The symposium’s program will include an in-person keynote address by Dr. Randall Ribaudo, Co-founder of SciPhD, titled “Landing Your First Job: Understanding the Skills that Organizations Value and How to Market Yourself Successfully.” SciPhD offers both on-site and online training programs that are aimed at helping postdoctoral scholars transition from academia to a variety of careers.
