Please Register before submitting an Abstract here.
Registration is required for all abstracts.
Deadlines:
- April 12, 2024: For you abstract to be considered for an oral presentation in one of the eight sessions.
- May 15, 2024: For all Poster abstracts.
Abstract Information:
Please prepare your abstract using your preferred word processor, then paste the text into the box provided in the submission form.
Please do not include section headers (Title, Authors, etc.), but delineate sections using a single space between sections.
Your Abstract should include the following information:
- Title up to 100 characters. (Please follow capitalization guidelines for a typical sentence).
- List all authors, including yourself, in the order you would like them to appear in the abstract book using this format:
- Firstname Lastname* 1, Firstname Lastname 2, Firstname Lastname 3.
- Numbers refer to affiliations.
- *denotes the presenting author.
- List the institutional affiliations of all coauthors using a number for each affiliation that refers to an author in the author list.
- Optional list of funding sources or other acknowledgements (please keep it brief).
- Abstract of up to 300 words.
