We are happy to partner with the Omni Providence Hotel to provide a block of reserved rooms at a discounted rate from 7/7/24 to 7/12/14.
The Omni is located at 1 W Exchange St, Providence, RI 02903, which is a ~10-minute walk from the main conference location, the Rhode Island School of Design Auditorium.
Reserve an individual room (Code: INTL CONGRESS ON SEXUAL PLANTS) $189/ night rate. NEWS: This rate is available until June 10, 2024 – book soon!
Reserve a student/trainee room (1-2 people/room) (Code: INTL CONGRESS ON SEXUAL PLANTS STUDENTS) $159/night. These rooms have two beds and students have the option to find roommates with whom they can share the cost. One person will need to book the room – charges can be shared at checkout. NEWS: This rate is available until June 10, 2024 – book soon!
Most people will want to check-in on 7/5/2024 or 7/6/2024. Unfortunately, these dates are outside of the reserved room block. The best way to make a reservation for these nights is by calling the Central Reservations Line: 1-402-952-6646. They can assist with making a ‘back to back reservation’ which is what you’ll need. Please be prepared to provide the room booking code (INTL CONGRESS ON SEXUAL PLANTS STUDENTS) when you call. You can also use this link to book nights outside the room block – only use this for nights other than 7/7/24 to 7/12/14 – you will not receive the discounted rate.
