This summer we were fortunate enough to host Fidaa and Leslie, both from the Met School in Providence, who were our summer NSF fellows. After taking a class at Brown, the fellows spent time in lab learning about the various techniques we use, and as always was great fun.

Welcome to the new lab members: Jenn Park ’17 who joined us this summer, Karine Liu ’18 will be joining us this fall and Katie Yanagi who will be doing a fall graduate rotation!

Congrats to our graduating lab members undergrads Carolina, Mashfiq and Nalini for defending their honors theses and graduating this weekend. Also congrats to Mashfiq for winning the Joslin award from Brown.

Congrats to Torrey for getting accepted into the CSHL Neural Imaging course this summer.
