2024 PhD EE from Brown
Jeff joined us in 2018, when he was already working as a research engineering at MIT-Lincoln Laboratory. He worked on nitride-based hot electron transistors and achieved world-record results in terms of current density and transconductance.
He defended his PhD thesis, entitled High-Current III-Nitride Hot Electron Transistors in September of 2024, publishing several studies of high-performance HET devices, including record current density, transconductance, and gain.
Jeff continues to work at MIT-Lincoln Laboratory.
