Research on Mind and Body Health and Well-Being

We conduct research on interventions to improve physical health, mental health, and substance use outcomes in people with substance use disorders, mood disorders, and comorbid medical conditions. Interventions we study include physical activity promotion, yoga-based interventions, mindfulness-based interventions, psychotherapies such as behavioral activation, technology-supported approaches, and non-invasive brain stimulation.
