Matt’s tremendous contributions to Brown’s Music Department cannot be measured. Among other things I’m so grateful to have learned from Matt’s wisdom around advising and building relationships with students; he always seems to know just how to reach students through trust and care, while also demanding the best from students. Matt will be greatly missed here, but his influence won’t soon be forgotten. Thank you for everything, Matt!
