We were inspired by this question: How do we cultivate and sustain community-based approaches to enable us to not just survive, but thrive? On a personal level, establishing and respecting boundaries has really allowed us to thrive at Brown. The workshop involves discussing boundaries on a variety of levels from individual, romantic, friendship, professional, academic, etc. We cover explanations on what boundaries are, how to set them, and how to react to, respect, and honor people’s boundaries. This workshop will include interactive components such as activities and written materials.
