Felicia Salinas-Moniz is the Director of the Sarah Doyle Center for Women and Gender at Brown University, where she also received her M.A./Ph.D. in American Studies. Her scholarly interests include Chicana/Latinx Studies, popular culture, girlhood, and women of color feminisms. She has published her research in the journal Feminist Teacher and in the anthology Theorizing Ethnicity and Nationality in the Chick Lit Genre (Routledge, 2018). Felicia is an Adjunct Visiting Assistant Professor of American Studies and Ethnic Studies at Brown.
