We quickly create safety plans for those in high distress and care plans for those who are going in labor, but what does it look like to continuously check in one self and ensure we create plans and measures to keep us accountable to those measures? This session is meant to identify, honor, and name our boundaries with loved ones, commitments and to one self. Participants will learn an array of tools and skills that are meant to support the self in caring for oneself. This is an activity based workshop.
