More Information about the Study
Overview
Participants will be randomly assigned to either 12-weeks of individual Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or 12-weeks of individual Diabetes Education. The treatment is free of charge and does not require insurance to participate. All participants will also be compensated for their time.

Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible if you are 16-50 years old, have a type 1 diabetes diagnosis, and experience concerns of body weight and shape.
Study Includes
- Individual meetings with a healthcare provider
