Journalist and Media Entrepreneur Alicia W. Stewart has been leading conversations for transformation since the launch of her first independent television show. Trained as a news anchor, television producer, and editor, she honed her startup skills as part of the founding teams of one interactive cable television network; two newsroom departments; three non-profits; five websites, and ten television programs. Her time at CNN, NBC, and PBS allowed her to observe a consistent challenge in inclusive bookings on deadline, and inspired an award-winning AI project, SourceScout. Alicia’s media contributions have been honored with a Harvard Nieman fellowship, a Peabody Award, and Society for Features Journalism for Excellence in Feature Writing.
