What is CIHMeta?
The CIHMETA Network represents a pioneering force to bridge the gap between the drastically growing number of complementary and integrative health (CIH) trials and practice. CIHMeta also seeks to address the scarcity of high-quality systematic reviews and meta-analyses in the field of CIH, as well as to drive transformative change in science and evidence-informed policy and practice.
The CIHMeta Network will be a cutting-edge data repository for key domains (such as mindfulness, yoga, tai chi, qigong, acupuncture, and chiropractic) and outcomes (such as pain, psychiatric symptoms, and more) of CIH interventions. This repository will provide a centralized and accessible hub for storing and sharing data from randomized controlled trials in these domains.
