“Just wanted to thank you and everyone else that I came in contact with during the study. Everyone was so very special and cordial to me.  I really enjoyed the whole time there.  Will never forget.  Hopefully I will meet up again with the same people for another study.. thanks again for calling me and all of your time!”

“This program gave me a tool to control my anxiety. I found [my mindfulness instructor] very soothing to talk to. You felt good after speaking with him. I loved his tone of voice. I found [the sessions] very comforting. I’ve never experienced anything else and my experience made me want more”

“I went into this program not knowing what to expect, but I enjoyed it and benefitted from the mindfulness training a lot. The biggest benefit was the stress. I don’t have as much stress as I used to, thanks to the breathing exercises. The breathing exercises helped me through many different situations such as mammograms at doctor visits. I also lost weight, listen to more audiobooks, and watch less TV. I’ve noticed my focus has turned towards myself – I take care of me instead of others, which is very beneficial”

“I liked the sessions with Alex. He taught me to think in a different way about my body. The literature that was sent was also helpful”

“The mindfulness sessions changed my life. [Mindfulness instructor] was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and had a great voice. I have never done anything like this before and it was changed my life for the better. I am continuing to practice mindfulness everyday, and my life is so much better because of that”
