Q: How do I calculate a Standard Drink in Tigeraware?

 

 

 

Q: I got logged out of the Tigeraware and/or Skyn App, how do I log back in?

 

 

A: Text or call 401-863-6635 and a research staff member will assist you.

 

Q: How do I know the bracelet synced?

 

 

A: If you see the message “Last synced moments ago” in the app, that is your indication that it has synced.

 

Q: My bracelet is disconnected in the Skyn App, what do I do?

1) Log out and log back in, if that doesn’t work 2) Go into your Blutooth Settings, find the Skyn App and click on the ‘i’, then select “Forget this device”, 3) Go back into the Skyn App, click on the bottom right settings and select “Pair New Device”, 4) Hold the power button until you see a blue and white color flash (should only take 5 seconds of holding) then release, 5) Select “The light is flashing”. If the issues persist, reach out to a research staff member at 401-863-6635.
