Program Communication

Prior to the Location-Based program start dates, you will receive communication about your employment paperwork, training schedule, and administrative logistics. Please be sure to read and respond to all emails from our office and/or your Program Director.

I-9 Verification

All staff employed by the Division of Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs (PCSUG) are required to have a current Employment Verification Form I-9 as a condition of employment. Staff who do not have a current Form I-9 will be notified by our Payroll Office with instructions on how to complete the process.

Your program director will reach out to schedule a staff orientation and training in the spring to review the following items:

  • Policies and procedures
  • Traveling to your program
  • Program and travel expense tracking
  • Program and travel expense reimbursement
