Raimondo Lab welcomes undergraduate students Adelaide Poulson and Lizeth Sanchez. They are both recipients of Brown’s Undergraduate Teaching and Research Award (UTRA) and will be performing summer research in our lab. Congratulations!
Dr. Raimondo was named a recipient of an American Cancer Society Institutional Research Grant. The pilot grant supportsĀ junior faculty seeking to initiate cancer research projects. The title of Raimondo’s project was “siRNA-LNP driven hematopoietic cell kinase (HCK) silencing for the treatment of solid tumors”.
Dr. Raimondo joined Brown’s new RNA center. The center seeks to expand the frontiers of RNA technology to deepen our understanding of medicine and biology. You can read the full story here.

Dr. Raimondo was selected as a finalist of the 2023-2024 MIT-Royalty Pharma Prize Competition. The competition is hosted by MIT Faculty Founder Initiative and seeks to support female biotechnology faculty with resources to help commercialize their ideas.
Raimondo joins Brown Engineering faculty on January 1, 2024.
