Community consultations held in 14 countries examined barriers to accessing comprehensive services in young adults who had experienced injecting drugs before the age of 18. The findings presented in this paper provide a rare insight into the lived experiences of young people who inject drugs and the challenges they face in accessing harm reduction services.
