Ben Brown, MD, MS is the faculty lead for the Rhode Island Sexual Health Policy Collaborative and is the Mimi Pichey Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is also an attending physician in the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
Dr. Brown’s clinical interests include high-acuity obstetrics, and management of early pregnancy complications and ectopic gestation. He enjoys mentoring medical students and residents, and has expertise in statistics and clinical medical ethics. His research focuses on policy analysis using quantitative methods and an ethics lens. Dr. Brown speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
