Nikon Ti2-E inverted confocal microscope with Ax-R
Equipped with 20x, 40x, 60x and Super Fluor 40x Oil Immersion objectives, Fluorescence Widefield Illumination, Ax-R 2k Resonant + Galvo Scan Head, 355 microscan laser with external 405/473 lines, NIS Elements Software, a Black Enclosure for light sensitive applications and a temperature control unit and gas chamber for use with Cage and Stage Top Incubators.

Leica DMIL LED Inverted Fluorescence Microscope with fixed stage
For analysis of cells in our tissue culture room. Includes a DMIL LED with TL illumination column, with integrated HC Optics and LED Illumination for transmitted light (> 50.000 h life time) with automatic brightness adjustment to contrast method and auto on/off function including integrated Fluorescence axis, manual shutter and with 3-fold filter slider. 20 mm field of view, high stability and large working distances provide optimum microscopy conditions. Also equipped with a K3M camera with a 3072 px x 2048 px sensor at 21 frames per second.

ChemiDoc™ MP Imaging System
The ChemiDoc MP Imaging System is a full-feature instrument for imaging and quantifying nucleic acid and protein in gels and western blots. It is capable of imaging fluorescent western blots (RGB, far-red, near-IR), chemiluminescent western blots, all common nucleic acid and protein gel stains, plus stain-free gels.

PCR thermocycler for 10–125 μl recommended reaction volumes; Maximum ramp rate, 2.5°C/sec; Average ramp rate, 2.0°C/sec; Temperature accuracy, ±0.2°C of programmed target at 90°C; Temperature uniformity, ±0.4°C well-to-well within 10 sec of arrival at 90°C.
