Professor Diana Grigsby has been awarded an NIH R01 grant for $3.1M. The grant “Green Space, Mental Health and Sleep” will examine the influence of green space exposure on sleep patterns and mental health among school children in Rhode Island. In addition, Professor Grigsby hopes to explore the potential epigenetic contribution of green space on sleep and wellbeing among children.
