Our research program is dedicated to advancing knowledge and driving innovation in Cardiometabolic and kidney diseases using clinical trials, qualitative methods and applying artificial intelligence and pharmacoepidemiology to analysis of observational data. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we aim to tackle some of the most pressing challenges of our time. By combining cutting-edge technology, innovative methodologies, and diverse expertise, our team of researchers seeks to improve the cardiovascular, renal and metabolic health of the population. We focus on generating real-world solutions to achieve impactful changes in hospital system, health policy and societal behavior to achieve impactful goals. The program fosters a multi-disciplinary research environment, where researchers of different disciplines and expertise join forces to arrive at multi-prong approaches to improve population and societal health.
