Pointing Study

How do children learn from others?

This study is for ages 17 – 24 months

In this study, we explore how children think and learn from watching other people. Children must be 17 to 24 months old and be able to speak and understand English to participate.

This study involves understanding the cues people naturally make when pointing. Your child will be asked to participate in a fun pointing game.

This study takes place in-person at our lab on the Brown University Campus at 190 Thayer St., Providence, Rhode Island. We will provide FREE PARKING if you let us know in advance that you will be driving.

After the study, your child will receive a small prize for participating in our study.
