The Global Consortium for Depression Prevention is an international, interdisciplinary body that brings together world-class researchers focusing on depression prevention. Covering the fields of psychology, psychiatry, medicine, epidemiology, economics, demographics, health policy, political science, technology, and culture, this consortium meeting features presentations of cutting-edge research and informs future efforts to prevent depression.
The theme of this year’s consortium will be:
“Depression prevention in the context of Diversity, Development, and the Digital Age”
This theme spans several important and timely topics as we think about social justice, the youth mental health crisis, and increases in technology use over time.
