MomDocFamily is a large, multi-disciplinary network of women physicians and medical students who are mothers.  Founded in 2003 by Lynn E. Taylor M.D. and Carolyn Blackman M.D., and now headed by co-directors Lynn E. Taylor M.D., FACP, FAASLD, FIDSA and Alice Y. Kim M.D., FACC, the mission of MomDocFamily is to provide mentorship and support for women physicians facing the challenges and rewards of combining a medical career with motherhood.  We are a multi-disciplinary group of women doctors representing all stages of careers and medical training.  We are committed to supporting one another’s efforts to attain professional success and personal satisfaction. Included in our mission is our dedication to learn from each other’s experiences by openly discussing career and parenting strategies.
