My senior Capstone project is a collection of original songs, reflecting work done in the classroom, the studio, and independently. All of the recording, writing, arranging and mixing was done by me, with three instrumental exceptions, noted below. Four of the five pieces germinated during my independent study with Jim Moses in the fall of 2018. However, all five songs involved significant work beyond the course into the spring, summer, and three of the five continue to be works in progress. I feel this EP reflects my current abilities as a songwriter, arranger, producer and mixer. However, I feel there is still work to do, more songs to develop, and newer versions to come, as I find my feet as a recording artist.
