2 μm

I am interested in the physics of soft matter. My group is currently studying liquid crystals, active matter, membranes, transport of solute in viscous fluids, and the hydrodynamics of swimming micoorganisms. Much of our work makes use of the geometry of curves and surfaces.

Teaching: In the spring semester of 2025 I will be teaching ENGN0040 using the textbook by Ruina and Patrap.
