The Closing Event is scheduled for July 5th from 8:30am – 12:00pm, and all Instructors and TAs are expected to attend. The closing event will include Presentation of Learning (POLs) for the students and a chance for the instructor to share more details on the class with the families.

Students will arrive at your class at 8:30am as usual and have one hour to practice. Families will be asked to arrive to campus around 9:30 and be in attendance in the assigned classroom no later than 10:00am, ready for the presentations to begin.  At 11:15am, the students and families will be dismissed to attend the all group presentation from 11:30 – 12:00pm. 

The POL’s for each course will take place in a space assigned just for this one day due to the larger audience for the event, media will be activated and an 8ft table will be set in the front of the room for presentation materials.  Instructors will receive detailed information on the event closer to the date and will be informed of the room assignments.
