RC28 Travel Awards

The RC28 Summer Meeting 2024 will accept applications for RC28 Travel Awards. If you are a student or an RC28 member with financial need, you can apply for an RC28 Travel Award by May 1. A limited number of travel awards will be given in recognition of strong scholarship in the field of social stratification. Each award cannot exceed $1200 USD, and recipients cannot receive more than one travel award in a four year period. Please submit the following materials to rc28brownuniversity@gmail.com: (a) the full paper or extended abstract that you are presenting; (b) an itemized budget, (c) a short letter of recommendation. Travel Award recipients will be notified by May 15, and the names of awardees will be announced at the conference dinner on Wednesday, August 7.
