Dr. Thais is a post-doctoral researcher at Princeton Institute for Computational Science and Engineering (PICSciE) with the Institute for Research and Innovation in Software for High Energy Physics (IRIS-HEP). Currently focusing on implementing advanced machine learning methods for online data processing and offline object reconstruction for the High-Luminosity LHC.
She is also the founder of the Community Insight and Impact (CII), a Civic & Social Organization New York, empowering communities through equitable and responsible data analytics.
