New England Leadership Development Program Cohort 9
COVID-19 Safety Policy
As of February 10, 2023
As we mentioned in earlier communications, our team has incorporated LDP Cohort 9’s COVID-19 Safety policies in relation to current guidelines and conditions. The program’s COVID-19 guidelines are subject to immediate change as the public health situation, CDC guidance, and local regulations and/or venues change recommendations or requirements.
Based on these policies, as of today, masking will be optional during face-to-face LDP 9 sessions. Please self-monitor for symptoms BEFORE attending each day. (Resources are below.) We will review this policy before each of the face-to-face retreats.
Please refer to current federal, local, and venue guidelines as follows:

Self-Monitoring Each Day:
We take the health of all of our participants seriously and ask that you self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) prior to coming to face-to-face sessions each day. Please do not come to the meeting venue if you have any symptoms.
Further information about symptoms may be found at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html.
Simple online symptom screening tools or screening lists are available at these addresses:

It is the participant’s responsibility to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact the LDP team (ldpnewengland@gmail.com) immediately if he/she/they experience symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in a face-to-face LDP session. Thank you all for your consideration of the health and comfort of our LDP members. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team.
