Music Capstone Project:
- Dialed Up
For my capstone project, I collaborated with writer and lyricist Khaila Mickens ’20 to create a mini-musical entitled Dialed Up which featured the narrative of a bisexual high school student in the early 2000s exploring her sexuality through the usage of AOL messenger. I composed the music for the piece, and it featured five songs, “Always on the Internet,” “Face to Screen,” “Kid Right Now,” “Boys Like Girls, Girls Like Boys,” and “Finale”.
