PI: Karen Stewart

This project identifies macrobotanical remains from historic period archaeological excavations in New England to better understand how plant foodways might reflect the dynamic cultural and social shifts that occurred during this period. The microscope camera equipment and lab space at the PEBLEB were used to support Karen Stewart’s thesis work at Boston University.
