In Spring 2013 Brown University established a partnership with Bryant University to induct students to the Sigma Xi Honor Society through the Brown Chapter.

Dr. Gaytha Langlois, Professor of Environmental Policy and Chair of the Department of Science & Technology became the Sigma Xi Advisor on-campus, working closely with Sigma Xi Brown Chapter Officers.

High-achieving science students from Bryant University are nominated for membership to Sigma Xi.  Names of each year’s inductees are transcribed in their Ledger as a permanent record of membership.

This collaboration between Bryant and Brown University adds to the distinctive programs that are part of the Sigma Xi Program on the Brown campus.
