Postdoctoral Fellows
Ji-Hyun Kim, Ph.D.
Ji-Hyun, trained as a cognitive neuroscientist, is interested in neural and computational bases of human higher cognitive function and how they change with aging and Alzheimer’s disease pathology using task-based fMRI and PET.
Jenna Blujus, Ph.D.
Jenna is studying neurocognitive bases of the risk and resilience in aging and Alzheimer’s disease pathology using multimodal neuroimaging, behavioral assessments, and plasma markers.
Rowena Chin, Ph.D.
Medical Students
Andrew Chen, B.A.
As a first-year medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Andrew examines the neural basis of loneliness and how individual differences in this subjective experience relate to increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
Benjamin Zide, B.A.
Ben is a first year medical student at AMS with a longstanding interest in preclinical Alzheimer’s disease research. At Brown, he is excited about further exploring the neurobehavioral and pathological changes associated with the aging brain.
Neuroimaging Data Specialist
Courtney Burton, Ph.D.
Courtney is working on the Biofinder-Brown study and interested in using neuroimaging methods to study brain structure and function in clinical populations and the neurobiology of Alzheimer’s disease and dementias.
Lab manager/Research Assistants
B.S. Physiology & Neurobiology, Molecular & Cellular Biology, University of Connecticut, 2024
of dementias such as Alzheimer’s.
Xiaoyang (Nick) Hu
B.S. Mathematics, Computer Science, and Cognitive Science, University of Michigan, 2022
Nick is interested in understanding the emergence and deterioration of executive functions in humans and AI systems using neuroimaging and computational methods.
