In 2021 Dr. Andrea Arena was the ECHO Telemedicine for Educator course director. Dr. Arena facilitated a six-series ECHO that focused on best practices in educating residents and medical students on how to utilize telemedicine in practice.
Six different subject experts shared their knowledge on topics that addressed how to have an effective workflow, understanding what “webside manner” is, how to execute a virtual physical, and issues with billing and coding.
