This ECHO course will be comprised of 12 sessions beginning in March 2024 and ending in February 2025.  Individual sessions begin with introductions from the Hub Team (the programmatic team to develop materials) and then the Spokes (participants) followed by short didactics, and ending in a case presented by a volunteer participant for open discussion among call members. Project ECHO is not a lecture series, but an opportunity for active participation and community learning.

Curriculum includes the following:  gender identity development, informed consent and trauma-informed care, gender affirming hormonal care, puberty blockers, health disparities, preventive health, mental health, sexual health, non-pharmacological interventions, pediatric care, and advanced cases
