Twelfth Workshop on Non-Perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics

Conference Proceedings:  Proceedings of the Workshop will be published electronically through the SPIRES e-Conference site.
Manuscript preparation:  For a standard 30-minute talk, the total length of each manuscript should be no more than 12 pages.Instruction:
Manuscripts are to be submitted, in PDF format, to Mary Ann Rotondo by October 15, 2013.

Download the file article.tex (PS, PDF) Please only use the macropackage econfmacros.tex  .
Expand the package econfmacros as necessary.

Please send your completed PDF file to me.  Do not post it on eConf yourself.
