Kevin Pritchard, OT, PhD, OTR is an occupational therapist and research fellow in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Pritchard conducts health services research focused on equitable healthcare access for diverse populations using national survey data. To compare treatment safety and effectiveness, he applies pharmacoepidemiology methods using insurance claims data.

As a LeaRRn Scholar, Dr. Pritchard will collaborate with the Center for Assistive Technology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Together, they will describe trends in wheelchair provision, validate indicators of seating and mobility needs, and assess the safety and effectiveness of medical devices.
