Kara Jackman is the marketing and communications specialist with LeaRRn and CoHSTAR. She worked for over 17 years as an Archivist at Boston University, while contracting as a communications professional with local and national news outlets and blogs including, Duxbury Clipper, Sports of Boston, Yawkey Way Report, Citystream, and the non-profit newsletter for the Foundation for Faces of Children. She currently assists Children’s Craniofacial Association as Adult Programs Coordinator, creating safe spaces for adults with craniofacial conditions and their caretakers. Kara enjoys playing tennis, reading, and working out. She earned a B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
