Tracy Mroz, PhD, OTR/L, Associate Professor, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Washington, is an occupational therapist and health services researcher who studies how health policy and delivery system factors influence access to and quality of rehabilitation services and subsequent outcomes for patients. As a LeaRRn scholar, Dr. Mroz will be working with Rehabilitation Services at Intermountain Healthcare under the mentorship of Natalie Leland, PhD, OTR/L, BCG, FAOTA, FGSA.The overall objective of her work is to design a consultative model of rehabilitation care that can be embedded within Intermountain Healthcare’s home care programming to translate evidence-based interventions into practice for medically complex, high-risk populations.
