Hampton Inn Nice location in “Down City” Providence; good rooms, convenient to bus, train and to campus (short walk up the hill or a quick taxi ride).

India Point Wyndham Garden Hotel On the East Side, a few minutes walk to campus, and a few minutes walk from Wickenden street where there are lots of good restaurants and shops. A nice, convenient and moderately-priced  hotel, but wedged into a so-so  area next to the highway (although a great view of the bay!).

Courtyard Providence Marriott  Downtown, close to the convention center, train station and the Providence Place Mall.  About 20 minutes walk (or taxi/bus ride) up “the hill” to the campus.
