We want to wish a warm welcome to Alexandre Waultre, who arrived in Providence over the weekend (in the middle of snowstorm) and will be visiting our lab from Ecole Centrale (Paris) for the next six months.

Congratulations to Siyang who successfully defended his PhD today.  Siyang also announced that he has accepted a Postdoc at UVa, working in Dan Quinn’s lab!

We are so excited to congratulate our lab mate, Eva Erickson, who will be debuting as a contestant on CBS-Survivor Wednesay, Feb 26th @ 8pm – So that’s where you were last summer….

Our lab has a great turnout at the APS/DFD in Salt Lake City.  In addition, we had a Brown Reunion Lunch, with almost fifty current and past Brown U people! – it was great to sit down and catch up!

We want to give our thanks to  Kaela Zaino, our fearless project coordinator who has moved to a new position in the Brown School of Public Health.  Thanks for all your help and support – we will miss you!
