Ms. Andersen has been with the Leadership Alliance since 2020. In addition to her work with the Brown SR-EIP, she coordinates the national SR-EIP application and placement process, as well as graduate programs of the Alliance. Each summer, Ms. Andersen is assisted by Brown University graduate students who are selected on the basis of their strong mentoring and leadership skills.
