Fitness Classes – Spring 2021

This semester, the GSC will be hosting virtual workouts led by licensed graduate students most Wednesdays from 9-10am, and Fridays 3-4pm. These will include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), dance (classical, jazz, and more), yoga, and body weight exercises.
